I do not own/compile any rom, this is just a discussion thread for Cyanogen mod official rom for m9.
Requirements:
-htc m9
-unlocked bootloader
-lastest twrp recovery
-Rom zip package (download link below)
-Gapps package (optional)
Instructions:
(recomended) do a full nandroid backup with a custom recovery
copy rom and gapps on internal memory/sd
make a full wipe data - system - cache - dalvik (not mandatory for updates)
flash rom
flash Gapps
Enjoy
